Tai Chi Moving Meditation

(Best for those who have already

memorized the Beginners’ Set.)

Please Note:

8 a.m. Moving Meditation

In the waiting room, begin the Bear

and your slow, deep breathing.

The first Tai Chi principle will be introduced.

You will do three repetitions of the Beginners’ Set

at your own pace while turned away from the screen.

And then do Quiet Standing Qi Gong,

turned away from the screen and standing where I can see you.

The second Tai Chi principle will be introduced.

Followed by another three reps of the Beginners’ Set,

more QiGong and so on.

By turning away from the screen’s distraction

and by moving at your own pace,

you accentuate your inner awareness.
